My reading life never ends and I’m sure if I’ll review this book since it’s mostly for my benefit but I’ll let you know if I learn anything new.
Clean Eating is that new “fad” that most health-nuts have been obsessing over, but it’s not an new concept as we, as humans, only decided to throw it out the window and alternate it with faster, more efficient, but not as healthy ways.
So I think it’ll be truly a beneficial book for me as to give me that new renewal in eating healthy and get me back on track. I hit the gym but not eat as great as I should. So this’ll definitely help prep me for my Color Me Rad event in July!
