I wasn’t originally planning on reviewing this book being an anthology of sorts, but I figured it’d be fun to talk about.

I worked for years in retail, and I’ve been on the other side of the counter as a customer – so I’ve seen both sides of the spectrum, and I know that a customer cannot always be wrong or right.

This book includes many perspective stories, but also a few that had nothing to do with customer service and more about the idea of working and finding oneself.
