This fun rhythmic text teaches children about identifying animals. Lloyd the llama is wandering the day asking his friends about their mamas, and he’s learnt quite a bit that he knows his mama the llama would never do.

Although this book is slightly older, it still has beautiful illustrations and short sentences that are easy to follow along. Also, nice to point out, the identity of each animal is kind of kept on the next page, which allows for interaction and guessing games with the littles.
