Review: One of a Kind by Ariel S. Winter

Published: 2012
By: Aladdin
Source: Borrowed
Format: Hardcover
ISBN:  9781442420168

Recommended Age: 4-7 years

This was not a favorite read, and I’ll tell you why:

I did not understand the message.

  • Is this a book that proclaims being an only child is better than a child with siblings?
  • Being your own person happens most often when you don’t have siblings?

Maybe I’m being a tad vague, but I wasn’t overly impressed. I did like the illustrations, mind you.

If you’ve read this story with your littles, I’d love to know what you thought of it.
